Privacy Disclosure
What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion. This page describes the data practices of the Corporate Occult Architecture assessment and agent-support forms.
What We Collect
Information You Submit
Contact assessment form.
When you request an assessment, we receive your name, work email, organization, organization size, disturbance classification, your message, and the verification method you used.
Agent-support form.
When an agent submits a support request on your behalf, we receive the agent identity, owner, authorized task, issue description, and any plain-text attachments (up to three, 256 KB each, 512 KB combined).
Why We Collect It
Purpose
Submitted information is used to respond to assessment requests, process agent-support inquiries, deliver email confirmations and notifications, and operate our contact pipeline. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
How Long We Keep It
Five-year retention.
Form submissions — contact requests, agent-support requests, and associated attachments — are retained for five (5) years from the date of submission, in line with the operator's business record retention policy.
Analytics.
Standard site analytics are collected through Google Analytics. Analytics data is subject to Google's own retention and processing settings.
Your Rights
Access and Deletion
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of data you submitted, email dev@muffinlabs.lol. We will process reasonable requests within 30 days. Attachments are deleted when their associated submission is deleted.
Data Handling
Storage and Disclosure
Where it lives.
Submissions are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Neon). Operational email is delivered through Resend.
Security and scope.
This site is a marketing and lead-intake application for a real consultancy presented through a satirical brand. Treat any illustrative content as capability framing unless identified as a verified client outcome.
